3. Eligibility

• You must provide accurate, complete information during booking and registration.

4. Booking & Payment

• Sessions must be pre-booked through our website or authorized channels.
• Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
• Refunds are not provided, except in case of coach cancellation or platform error.
• You may reschedule sessions with at least 24-hour notice.

5. User Responsibilities

• You understand that results from coaching may vary.
• You will not record, copy, or share Mendora content without written permission.
• You are responsible for your physical and mental well-being during and after sessions.

6. Intellectual Property
